Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours advance notice. Not giving advance notice will incur a $25 fee for an established patient, or $50 for a new patient. You may give notice by canceling or rescheduling within the Wix system, emailing drtzdc@gmail.com, or calling/texting 415-663-6893. Please do not leave cancel or reschedule notices as a "note" on a new appointment, as a reply to SMS reminders, or by declining a calendar invite -- doing so will not be seen. If you are an established patient and miss your appointment, you will be charged a $25 fee. If you are a new patient, you will be charged a $50 fee. Missing multiple appointments or neglecting to pay owed fees may result in the practitioner discharging you from care. Your insurance will not cover penalty fees. We cannot "charge an appointment" or "bill an additional appointment" to your insurance company, as that would be insurance fraud, so please don't ask.
